Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wondar website (hereinafter, "Wondar", "the site" or "we"). By accessing or using Wondar, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What is Wondar
Wondar is a site for discovering, comparing and planning trips based on destination information and the ratings and reviews uploaded by the user community itself. Wondar is not a travel agency or a tour operator: it does not directly sell flights, accommodation or tickets.
When an experience or attraction has tickets available, Wondar redirects you to a third-party site (our ticket-sales partner) to complete that purchase — you will see a notice before leaving Wondar the first time you do so.
3. User accounts
To leave reviews, save favorites, build itineraries or post on the Traveler Community you need to sign in (today, via your Google account). You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity that occurs through it. Wondar is intended for people over 16; if we detect an account belonging to someone under that age, we may suspend or delete it.
4. Content you publish (reviews, photos, notes)
By publishing a review, rating, photo or note on Wondar, you declare that the content is your own (or that you hold the necessary rights to publish it) and you grant Wondar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store and distribute it within the site and its future versions (including a possible app), without this causing you to lose ownership of your content.
It is not allowed to publish false, defamatory or discriminatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, spam, or unauthorized commercial promotion. Wondar may moderate, hide or remove content that breaches these rules, with or without prior notice, and may suspend accounts involved in repeated abuse.
5. Purchasing tickets and experiences through third parties
The purchase of any ticket or experience you see on Wondar is completed on the site of our external ticket-sales partner, not on Wondar. Wondar does not take part in the payment or confirmation of that booking, and is not responsible for what happens on that external site (availability, price changes, cancellation or refund policies). Review the purchase conditions directly there before paying.
6. Intellectual property
The Wondar brand, the site design, its own texts (for example the editorial descriptions of destinations) and the software are the property of Wondar or its licensors. Copying, reproducing or reusing these elements without prior authorization is not allowed, beyond the normal use of the site to plan your trip.
7. Acceptable use
It is not allowed to: attempt unauthorized access to other people's accounts or non-public parts of the site; scrape or perform mass, automated content extraction; interfere with the site's operation (attacks, deliberate overload, reverse engineering); or use Wondar for illegal purposes.
8. Accuracy of information and limitation of liability
Wondar makes its best effort to keep destination, price and availability information accurate, but much of that data comes from the user community or external providers and may contain errors or become outdated. Wondar is offered "as is", without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors, and is not responsible for travel decisions made exclusively based on the site's content.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time; important changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of Wondar after a change implies acceptance of the new version.
10. Dispute resolution
These Terms are interpreted in good faith between the parties. In the event of any dispute, we will first seek a direct, amicable resolution, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
11. Contact
For questions about these Terms, write to us at wondarsite@gmail.com.
Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Wondar. You can contact us with any query about your data at wondarsite@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Your account data: name, email and profile photo provided by Google when you sign in.
- Content you upload: reviews, ratings, photos and notes you publish on the site.
- Activity within Wondar: favorites, itineraries, and the history of destinations/experiences you visited, so we can show them to you later.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and preferred language — collected automatically so the site works correctly.
3. What we use your data for
- To give you access to features that require an account (reviewing, saving favorites, publishing).
- To show you your own history and your own posts.
- To moderate content and prevent abuse (spam, fake accounts).
- To understand which destinations and experiences generate the most interest and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only when necessary to provide the service: with Google, for sign-in; with our hosting/infrastructure provider, so the site works; and with our ticket-sales partner, only if you decide to proceed with a purchase referred from Wondar (in that case, that transaction becomes governed by that third party's privacy policy).
5. Legal framework
This data processing is guided by internationally recognized general data protection principles (transparency, data minimization, your control over your information). If you access Wondar from the European Union, we strive to comply, where applicable, with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); if you access it from Brazil, with those of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain a specific piece of data due to a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise them, write to us at wondarsite@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority that corresponds to your country of residence.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% foolproof — if we detect a security incident affecting your personal data, we will inform you as required by applicable regulations.
9. Minors
Wondar is not directed at children under 16 and we do not intentionally collect data from anyone under that age. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we may delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy; important changes will be announced on the site before taking effect.
