Wat Chedi Luang is a Buddhist temple located in the historic centre of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The present temple compound originally consisted of three temples: Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Ho Tham and Wat Sukmin. This 14th-century temple, home to the City Pillar Shrine, is famous for its enormous chedi, which stands 282 feet tall and 144 feet wide at the base.
