Pamukkale needs 1 day: walking barefoot across the white travertine terraces formed by calcium-rich hot springs over thousands of years, and the ruins of Hierapolis, a Greco-Roman city built atop the same springs, right next to them. April-June and September-October are best. It's inexpensive for Turkey, a very popular day trip from Antalya. Its name means «cotton castle» in Turkish, for the appearance of its stepped white limestone terraces, formed by the calcification of hot springs with healing properties known since Roman times, when Hierapolis functioned as a thermal spa center.
