Gullfoss Waterfall

A two-tiered waterfall on the Hvítá river that plunges 32 meters into a deep canyon, one of the most famous stops on the Golden Circle. On sunny days a rainbow often forms over the canyon, and in winter parts of the falls freeze into ice sculptures.
