The birthplace museum of one of the greatest artists of the 20th century is the result of the friendship between two extraordinary creative personalities: Joan Miró and his friend, architect Josep Lluís Sert. The Fundació Joan Miró not only holds the largest collection of his work, but this unconventional building is also considered one of the most outstanding museum buildings in the world.
