The Gala Dalí Castle, or Púbol Castle, is a medieval castle located in Púbol, Girona, in the Catalonia region. The castle was bought by the legendary surrealist painter Salvador Dalí as a gift for his wife Gala, who spent her final years living there and is buried in the castle's crypt. During her stay at the castle, she could be visited by her husband, but only when she gave him written permission in advance.
