About Anaheim
Anaheim needs 2 days, almost entirely dedicated to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, the two parks of the original Disney complex. March-May avoids extreme California summer heat and school vacation crowds. Ticket prices rise every year and are among the highest of any theme park in the world, not counting on-site lodging or food. It's the birthplace of the modern «theme park» concept: Disneyland opened in 1955 as Walt Disney's first park, laying the groundwork for the family entertainment industry as it exists today.
