About Myrtle Beach
Myrtle Beach needs 2 days: touring the Ripley's Aquarium, with an underwater shark tunnel, and enjoying its 100 km of continuous beach -the longest on the US East Coast-, in the area known as the Grand Strand. May-September brings ideal beach weather. It's mid-priced, cheaper than other East Coast beach destinations. It has over 100 golf courses within a few kilometers, the country's highest concentration, and its combination of beaches, theme parks and live shows made it one of the most visited family beach destinations in the US despite being little known outside the country.
