About Puerto Iguazú
Puerto Iguazú needs 2 days: a full day for the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls (with the Upper Circuit, Lower Circuit and Devil's Throat) and another to cross to the Brazilian side or take an extra excursion. April-September avoids the extreme, humid subtropical summer heat. Prices are moderate, somewhat higher than the rest of Misiones due to constant international tourism. Its falls, with 275 cascades spread across nearly 3km, were chosen as one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World and are, according to many travelers, more impressive than Victoria Falls or Niagara.
