Ilhabela needs 2 days: touring the island's northern beaches by boat, reachable only by water, on one, and hiking to one of its more than 80 waterfalls -Cachoeira do Toco or Cachoeira dos Toledos among the most visited- on the other. September-March brings the driest weather. It's mid-to-upper priced for the São Paulo coast.
